"Cross Border Policy: Cross border rentals are allowed within the European countries and Turkey (continental part). A prior written authorization is required. There is also an insurance fee that applies and includes the green card. These kind of rentals should be requested from Enterprise Rent A Car at least 7 working days prior to the pickup date. Please contact our reservations department for further information and the process of the publication of the green card. Minimum time for the publication of a green card is 3 working days. The green card covers the rented vehicle with basic insurance - TPI as long as it remains within the borders of the countries for which it is issued. Roadside assistance and car replacement whilst driving abroad is available at an additional cost. Towing or replacement fee is 1.15 euro/km and may increase in cases that is it necessary to wait; usually due to an accident.
The cross border fees are:
50 EUR plus VAT (MDMR, EDMR, EDAR, CDMR, CDAR, CWMR, EWAR, CWAR, CFMR, IDMR) - for EU countries per rental.
80 EUR plus VAT (IWMR, SDMR, SFMR, IFMR, FFAR and SVMR) - for EU countries per rental.
100 EUR plus VAT (MDMR, EDMR, EDAR, CDMR, CDAR, CWMR, EWAR, CWAR, CFMR, IDMR) - for non EU countries per rental. Some restrictions may apply.
130 EUR plus VAT (IWMR, SDMR, SFMR, IFMR, FFAR and SVMR) - for non EU countries per rental. Some restrictions may apply."
