From Terminal 1, exit flight arrivals and follow signs to the Car Rental desks which are located a few minutes walk away on the same floor. From Terminal 2, exit the Terminal Building and proceed outside across the road to the Car Park in front of the Building B, where you will find the Car Rental cabin. Madrid Airport and Barcelona Airport locations, No non-deplaning customers allowed, and customers must provide evidence of flight arrival and return flight details.
