Please go to the JTB (Japan Travel Bureau) counter on the 1st floor of Central Building Visitor service counter (Terminal 1), or Arrival Lobby (Terminal 2, 3). You will see a sign for "AVIS and Budget". Please let the staff know that you have a reservation with Budget.NOTE: If you're late for more than an hour and a half, the transportation service will not be available. In this situation, please call +81-476-35-5300 and head to the pickup location.
