*Working hour Pick up instruction (Between 08:00am – 06:00pm): Christchurch International & Domestic Terminal 1.Once you have collected your luggage, please call for collection by our courtesy shuttle (0064 9217 1001). 2.Please make your way to Door 2, past the Air New Zealand check-in counters (Towards domestic arrivals/departures) 3.Please wait at courtesy shuttle area which is outside Door 2. And wait for the shuttle vans and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection. Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up(from the airport to the branch) or drop off(from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call us to request for shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 45NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable. *Off-hours pick up instruction (Between 06:01pm-07:59am) If you're collecting your vehicle outside business hours (6:01 PM to 7:59 AM), please contact us at info@yesrentals.co.nz at least two working days in advance to complete the online check-in. The full rental amount will be charged the working day before your rental, using the credit card provided. Ensure sufficient funds are available. All after-hours pickups must be prearranged and cost NZD 45, including the airport transfer. Once prearranged, when you arrive at Christchurch Airport you will need to contact Airpark Canterbury on 0064 3360 3113. Head to International Arrivals Door Number 9. If you fail to pick up at off hour, the car will be ready for pick up until next day 8 AM at our branch.
