Travel restrictions
Cross Border rentals are allowed to drive all the Europena countries except Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan and Turkey. A written permission issued from the Surprice branch is mandatory to cross the border. There is also an insurance fee that applies. This kind of rental should be requested at least 7 working prior to pick up date. Chrage of €25 - rental greencard insurance included.
