Your way to SIXTRing on the parking intercom lot to the right of the Apple Store and get off at level -1 of the car park, where our SIXT branch is located. By metroBy metro: Line 10 "Mabillon" station: Exit left onto Rue du Four then go along Rue Mabillon. Go into Saint Germain Market shopping centre and go down to Level -1 Germain. Turn left onto Rue de l'Odéon, turn right at the Odéon crossroads and then turn right onto Rue des Quatre Vents. Go into Saint Germain Market shopping centre and go down to Level -1 of the car park. By carFrom Paris Montparnasse Station: Go along Rue de Rennes for 1 km then turn right onto Rue du Four. Next, turn right onto Rue de Montfaucon, turn right onto Rue Clément and go down to Level -1 of the car park. From Esplanade des Invalides: Go along Rue Saint Dominique for 800 m then turn right onto Boulevard Saint Germain and continue for 1 km. Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

Travel Restrictions

Cross border rentals and territorial restrictions:

The vehicle selection can restrict travel to certain countries. For a description of these restrictions on admission, the countries are divided into three zones.

Zone 1: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain and Vatican

Zone 2: Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia

Zone 3: All countries which are not in zone 1 or 2.

Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen cars are only allowed to

enter Zone I and up to and including group L*** to Poland and Czech Republic. All Luxury Cars can only enter Zone I.

Entry into any country in zone 3 is not permitted.

In case of offence against cross border and territorial restrictions all insurances lose their validity.

Charges when traveling abroad:

A fee is charged for permission to travel abroad in accordance with the above-mentioned territorial restrictions. This fee is in addition to the one-way fee in case of a one-way rental.

Important documents:

Driver's licences from non-EU countries (except Switzerland) are accepted if:

a) no visa has been entered in the passport.

b) the customer has a visa in his passport and at the time of hire has not been in Europe for longer than 6 months. If he has been in Europe for longer than 6 months, he must present a driver's licence from an EU country.

Cancellation and no-show policy

What is your cancellation policy for fully prepaid or part-paid bookings?

1 - If you cancel 48 hours prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded in full.

2 - If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of pick-up, you'll receive a refund minus USD96. If your online payment is less than USD96, no refund will be made for your car rental booking.

3 - If your booking is made less than 48 hours before pick-up, the cancellation policy will automatically apply to your booking.

4 - All cancellations should be made on our online portal and not with the car rental agent. Should you agree to cancel directly with the car rental agent on arrival, you must also inform us of this change to your booking.

5 - Amending your booking or cancelling optional extras may not be possible less than 48 hours before pick-up.

If you purchased our Damage Refund Insurance product and have since decided to cancel your car rental booking, the Damage Refund Insurance will be cancelled automatically.

If you wish to amend or rearrange your booking, the Damage Refund Insurance will initially be cancelled. We will, however, automatically create a new policy for your new booking.

In both cases you will receive an email to confirm the cancellation at the email address you have provided during the online booking process.

Please be aware that if you cancel your insurance policy less than 24 hours before the start of your car rental agreement, no refund for insurance will be granted.

What is a no-show?

A 'no-show' occurs for the following reasons:

1 - You didn't inform us about your cancellation prior to your pick-up time.

2 - You failed to pick up the car at the arranged time and date.

3 - You failed to provide the documentation that's required to pick up the car.

4 - You failed to provide a credit card in the main driver's name with enough available funds on it.

In the event of any of the above, no refunds will be made to you.

The car rental company reserves the right to refuse a car if you fail to arrive on time with all necessary documentation and a credit card with enough available funds for the car's security deposit. In such a case, unless the car hire has been cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, you will not be entitled to a refund.
