The Rhodium desk is located in the Goldcar office. The customers can arrive at either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. Our office is next to the luggage reclaim belts (same floor where customers collect their luggage). The Walk-in Customers have to go to the AENA car park, located in level 0 to the Vehicle Drop-off Area where our office is situated.
