Pickup instructions: The office is located at the Arrivals hall in the car rental's area, right outside the Arrivals Gate. Drop off instructions: The car park is located inside the P3 car park at Bergamo Orio al Serio airport, which can be reached by following the signs "P3 car park - autonoleggi car rental". The car park is also connected to the airport by two shuttle buses. Key box available at the Locauto parking (checkin cabin).
