Travel restrictions
Cross Border Rentals are available only on request and is mandatory a written permission issued by the Car Rental Company at the moment of vehicle collection.
Cross Border Rentals are allowed ONLY in the countries:
Romania
Bulgaria
Austria
Czech Republic
Slovakia
Greece
Croatia
Serbia
Poland
Montenegro
Slovenia
Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia(FYROM)
Bosnia & Herzegovina
It is prohibited to travel to other countries!
Cross Border Rental must be confirmed with the rental agent at the pick-up of the car.
The car rental company will issue an empowerment to travel in the specified countries.
Travelling in other countries (except in the allowed countries) will result in losing the insurance coverage and the customers will be fully responsible for the entire value of the car during the rental.
For Cross Border Rentals a fee of 11.9 Euro / day will be applied (including VAT tax).
Credit card is mandatory on the main driver’s name!
Please NOTE ! An extra 500 euro deposit will be added to the standard one for leaving the country.
Please NOTE: Roadside Assistance is NOT included outside the territory of Hungary.
