Please proceed to the baggage claim area. The Firefly office is located at the end of the baggage area to the left, a few meters away from the exit. When returning the vehicle, there is a grace period of 29 minutes. If you take longer than 29 minutes after your designated return time to drop off the vehicle, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.

Travel restrictions
Firefly cars can be taken into Portugal, Gibraltar, France and Andorra. You will need to purchase additional cover whcih costs EUR 9.08 per day (with a minimum of EUR 27.23 and a maximum of EUR 99.83). Please arrange this upon your arrival at the rental desk.
Driving without having purchased this additional cover results in breach of contract, and all coverages, including CDW & TP will be void. Driving outside Spain Mainland (Balearics, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla) or any other country not mentioned above is strictly forbidden, and results in breach of contract. Customer will be liable for all expenses generated and all coverages (included those included in the pre-booked rate) will become void.
