Please exit the duty free. Follow car rental signage to the baggage claim area. Firefly counter inside the terminal in front of baggage collection belts. Next to Hertz´s counter. Customers not arriving by plane please approach security inside the terminal and show the reservation voucher, security will provide access to reach Firefly´s desk. If you fail to present a valid reservation voucher please proceed to Firefly check in booth in terminal car park floor +1 When returning the vehicle, there is a grace period of 29 minutes. If you take longer than 29 minutes after your designated return time to drop off the vehicle, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.

Travel restrictions
Firefly cars can be taken into Portugal, Gibraltar, France and Andorra. You will need to purchase additional cover whcih costs EUR 9.08 per day (with a minimum of EUR 27.23 and a maximum of EUR 99.83). Please arrange this upon your arrival at the rental desk.
Driving without having purchased this additional cover results in breach of contract, and all coverages, including CDW & TP will be void. Driving outside Spain Mainland (Balearics, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla) or any other country not mentioned above is strictly forbidden, and results in breach of contract. Customer will be liable for all expenses generated and all coverages (included those included in the pre-booked rate) will become void.
