Dear Customer, Thank you for placing your reservation with Europcar London St. Pancras. St. Pancras is our new rental station and is currently just a Meet and Greet location. What this mean is that there is no permanent office situated here at present and we would like to take this opportunity to advise you of the correct process when collecting your hire vehicle to avoid any confusion. The Europcar site at st Pancras station is situated in the NCP carpark on the ground floor. The NCP car park is located at the back of the St Pancras International station at the North end of Pancras Road, just after Coaches/Buses carpark. If you are arriving at the International station, please head towards ‘Coaches/Buses’ and then proceed to the Car Park. Once you are in the carpark please look for bays marked as Europcar which should be located directly in front of you. A member of the Europcar team will be waiting here for you and will transfer you to our office on Pentonoville Road to complete the check out pr
