Please note: The office is located OFFSITE outside the terminal. Once you have picked up your baggage please follow the exit signs and exit the terminal building. Once outside turn right and proceed towards the taxi covered area, turn right again towards the pedestrian only sidewalk and look for the valet, shuttle/courtesy bus and police signs. Continue walking along the sidewalk all the way to the end where you see above your head “Courtesy Bus/Shuttle” signs. Please wait for the Shuttle Bus with the “Alamo, Enterprise and National” logos. The shuttle bus leaves every 10 minutes and will take you to our office just 5 minutes away.
