Travel restrictions
In case the customer wants to cross the Italian border he has to advise the renting company's agent and pay the Cross Border Fee of 20 EUR per day.
It's permitted to drive in the following Countries: Germany, San Marino, France, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia. It's forbidden to drive in these Countries: Albania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Iraq, Morocco, Poland, Czech Republic, Islamic Republic of Iran, Slovak Republic, Romania, Serbia, Tunisia, Turkey, Hungary, Malta and Cyprus.
Please note insurance coverage may change if you travel to areas Campania and Puglia - please check with the car rental agent before you travel.
Please check with the rental provider in advance that the vehicle has the proper equipment in accordance with local traffic rules of the country or region you intend to travel to (eg. Winter tyres).
