Shuttle from terminal to rental center. Customers take the escalator from the baggage claim area down to the lower level. There are blue signs hanging above that say "rental car pick-up". The customers go to that designated area and a common rental car shuttle bus picks up all rental car customers and takes them to the rental center. The buses pick up every 5 minutes. From the rental counters to the ready lines the walk is about 40 to 50 yards, depending on what space their car is in. The Dollar brand counter at DFW is a 24 hour location. **When turning the vehicle in, the customer must return to 2500 North Garage Drive at the DFW Airport.**
