In my booking we supposed to pick up the car at 12.00 in Larnaca, but we wont be able to pick this at 12.00 and will come a little bit later at 1 pm or 1.30 pm

You can always call the local supplier if you wish. You will have the confirmation voucher with the local suppliers contact details on it you can always call them if you wish.

You normally have up to two hours delay but if you are able I would and let them know you will be delayed.
