No. The amount that is debited at the end of the online booking process is the rental car rate only.
The confirmation voucher is then emailed to you. Please print it and take it with you to your destination.
Once you are at the supplier's desk to collect the vehicle, they will hold on your credit card the security deposit amount that is specified on your rental voucher.
This held amount will be released at the end of the rental period.
