We do but it seems there is a problem with the system, so please try this:-
enter just Eilat and choose City, press SEARCH and it then you will be shown the airport anyway.
However, it seems like as Ovda used to be a military airport, there are no car rental locations there... The suppliers offer a shuttle bus service from Ovda to the main Eliat Airport (J. Hozman Airport).

You could try our transfer company www.faretransfers.com
or rent at Eliat city centre and get there by taxi from Ovda Airport.
