1: At the left hand side of the page some filters are show. When you scroll a bit down you see the filter named " Cards Accepted at Pick Up ". On this side, when available it is ticked by default to " Both Credit and Debit cards " . So suppliers shown do accept Debit Cards.

2:- When you follow the link " Important Information " next to each car photo a new window will open. The first information shown is named " Popular " and also shows you " Cards Accepted at Pick Up ".

3:- At the top of the window you can click " Deposit and Fees " and read about "Deposit and Payment Card Information".

So in your case and based on your search criteria Sixt and Hertz are the suppliers that accept debit cards. Sixt seems to be the cheapest.
