Travel Restrictions Cross Border rentals are allowed with an additional fee of EUR 13.00 (excl. VAT plus Airport fee where applicable) per rental to the following countries only with a written permission by the Enterprise/National/Alamo location: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania (Mini, Economy, Compact categories only), San Marino, Serbia (Mini, Economy, Compact categories only), Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. Vehicles cannot be driven into and/or dropped off in any African, Asian or Middle-East countries, nor in Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine or any island. Driving to Romania and Serbia is only possible with Mini, Economy, Compact car categories and after purchasing Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection and extra insurance protection of EUR 15.00 (excl. VAT plus Airport fee where applicable) per rental applies. All other car groups are not allowed. Should these above restrictions be ignored all protections lose their validity. The renter will be held fully responsible in case of damage to, or loss of the vehicle and will bear all consequences, including the cost of repatriation of the damaged vehicle.
